Account Manager

Full Time / Permanent

Based from MBP's Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN office or remote

Are you a sales champion with expertise in managing by-products or sustainability? If so, you could be our next Account Manager at MBP! We’re looking for an ambitious professional to help us drive growth by managing and expanding customer accounts, sourcing and selling by-products for diverse applications, and leading service sales across North America with international coordination.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage accounts for several companies.
  • Research and pursue sales and market opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs within relevant product applications.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers in North America.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers and customers
  • Evaluate products and prepare business cases.
  • Contribute to planning sales and sourcing activities in the US.

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, combined with strong sales and marketing experience in the food or oleo-chemical industry
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and ideas.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in product development.
