IT Support Desk Analyst

While our IT department covers all aspects, there will be a particular emphasis on supporting the ERP (Business Central) solution so having a keen interest and willingness to work in this area would be highly advantageous.
Your main tasks will be:
- Provide 1st line support for users of the internal support desk.
- Manage support incidents and requests that need to be escalated to 2nd/3rd support.
- Create and maintain end user documentation/knowledge base articles.
- Provide training and guidance to end users.
- Create monthly reports/KPIs to manager and wider business.
- Manage company IT assets.
Who are you?
This role requires someone with a logical and professional approach, able to communicate well with all levels of the business and possesses great attention to detail. The ideal candidate should excel within a team but also independently and have willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in an IT Support Desk role.
- Document/Process writing.
- Studied further education/level 3 equivalent in an IT related subject.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- ERP knowledge.
- Power Platform.
- M365 Administration Platform.
- Data/Reporting experience.
