Your privacy is very important to us
At MBP we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:
When someone visits mbpsolutions.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
Gathering of personally-identifying information
Certain visitors to mbpsolutions.com websites choose to interact with MBP in ways that require MBP to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that MBP gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors wishing to contact us to provide contact information. MBP collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with MBP. MBP does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of certain personally-identifying information
MBP discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees or contractors. Some of those employees may be located outside of your home country; by using mbpsolutions.com, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. MBP will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone, other than to its employees as described above.
Uploading of CV’s
MBP use a secure encryption solution for uploading of documents (www.sendsafely.com). The documents submitted via this method are securely stored until a member of the HR department downloads the file for internal processing. The default retention of the document on sendsafely servers are 14 days after which the document is deleted. SendSafely do not have access to any of the documents uploaded to the server. The only employees that have access are the MBP HR department for processing of your application.
