Website visitors

Personal Information

When someone visits mbpsolutions.com we use third party services, Google Analytics, Zoho SalesIQ and Insights, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not allow Google or Zoho to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Gathering of personally-identifying information

Certain visitors to mbpsolutions.com websites choose to interact with MBP in ways that require MBP to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that MBP gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors wishing to contact us to provide contact information. MBP collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with MBPMBP does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of certain personally-identifying information

MBP discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees or contractors. Some of those employees may be located outside of your home country; by using mbpsolutions.com, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. MBP will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone, other than to its employees as described above.

Recruitment Documentation

The only employees who have access to recruitment documentation, are the HR team and hiring manager(s) for the positions. Our recruitment policy is that we confirm an applicant’s right to work (in the country of application) at the interview stage and we ask for candidates to provide the original document(s) for us to take a copy of an hold on the recruitment file. If the candidate is successful, all information (including CVs) provided during the application process will be retained by us, as part of the employee personnel file. It will be kept during employment and for 6 years following the end of employment. If the candidate is unsuccessful at any stage of the process, all information provided until that point, will be retained for 6 months from the closure of the recruitment process, then destroyed.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. MBP uses cookies to help us track visitors, their usage of MBP website and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using mbpsolutions.com website, with the drawback that certain features of mbpsolutions.com website may not function properly without the aid of cookies. We do not sell or provide your information to any third parties. 

How do I delete my data from MBP?

We want you to be in control of how your personal information is used by us. Subject to local law, you can do this in the following ways:

  • You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • You can inform us of any changes to your personal information, or if you want us to correct any of the personal information we hold about you;
  • In certain situations, you can ask us to erase, block or restrict the personal information we hold about you, or object to particular ways in which we are using your personal information.

Security

MBP are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. While no Service is completely secure, MBP take precautionary measures to help prevent information loss. For example, we store the personal data you provide on computer systems that have limited access and that are in a controlled secure data centre. Data is protected with encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS), during transition over the Internet with MBP CRM tool.

Digital Signing

MBP use digital signing technology for important documents such as contracts. This means you will sign a document using a web browser instead of printing, signing, scanning, emailing. In addition to being more efficient there are some key security benefits that our signing software uses. Digital Signing makes the signing process secure and documents unforgeable. Our signatures attach a digital fingerprint onto our document and checks for alterations throughout the document’s life-cycle. In this process, any unauthorised alterations made to the documents are detected and we are notified. Digital signatures have proven to make the process of signing documents extremely secure, authentic, and non-repudiable. 

Storage

Personal data collected by MBP will be stored and processed in Denmark, the EU, in the United States where our CRM data servers are located, or in any other country where MBP subsidiaries are located. MBP use secure connections for access to the data including secure VPN and TLS Security.

Retention

MBP will retain your personal information for as long as we deem it necessary to provide you products and services, to comply with applicable laws (including those regarding document retention), resolve disputes with any parties and otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business. All personal information we retain will be subject to this Privacy Statement and our internal retention guidelines. Privacy policy changes
