Group Supply Chain Lead
Full Time / Permanent
Based in our NL or UK office / Hybrid Working
We are looking for an energetic Group Supply Chain Lead to join our growing, international business working with biological by-products in the Circular Economy. The main purpose of the role is to improve, optimise and manage the Supply Chain activities of the MBP Group and deliver accurate and appropriate reporting to the Senior Management Team. Our strategy includes more digitalisation and focus on sustainability and these two areas will have a high impact on the work and expectations of the Supply Chain function. This position also offers potential for personal and career development, responsibility for a remotely managed team of 5 and opportunity for multi-modal transport management.
Southern European Sales Director

Based from home office in Italy or from our NL office / Hybrid Working
MBP is growing, and this new role will help us to build on our success in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece as well as opening further new Mediterranean markets. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of business development and sales and purchase team management to join our growing, international business working with biological by-products in the Circular Economy.
Technical Sales Manager - Animal Feed

Based in our Staffanstorp, SE office / Hybrid Working
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to perform sales work, give nutritional advice, and assist in business development in North America, Europe, China and Southeast Asia. You will be joining our growing team of feed specialists, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for collaboration, sharing ideas and working as a wider team to meet business goals.
This position is part of an international sales team based in Europe and the US, where you will be able to utilize your significant experience and knowledge in animal feed nutrition and combine your application expertise with sound commercial understanding. A background in the animal feed industry is therefore essential.
Senior D365 Application Specialist

Based in our Skipton, UK office / Hybrid Working
Do you have extensive knowledge and experience working with Microsoft D365? Are you looking for a permanent hybrid role?
MBP Solutions is experiencing a period of exciting growth, and we are moving our ERP system to D365 Business Central. This has created an opportunity for a Senior D365 Application Specialist with a proven ERP background, to bring their knowledge and experience to utilise MBP’s core business system to its full potential.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or previous Navision versions. Change management is a key aspect of the role, and the successful candidate will work with the business and process owners to define requirements, functional test and assist with any acceptance testing. Business Central is our core business system, and this role will be involved with a range of integration projects with third party applications as well as workflow/process development. This is a great opportunity to help shape how MBP manage Business Central.
Group Legal Counsel

Do you have international law experience and knowledge? Can you manage a small team?
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee all of MBP’s legal functions and handle all legal concerns to ensure compliance. Therefore, it is imperative to have international law knowledge and experience. As well as managing a team of 2 Legal Officers in Sweden and Netherlands, you will provide support in all commercial legal matters. The role typically requires you to provide legal advice and guidance on issues related to the products and their application, prepare legal letters, draft and review contracts, review and edit regulatory documents, research legislative issues, and analyse new and existing legislation to ensure compliance and drive new business.
Purchase Ledger Clerk

Do you have exceptional organisation skills, strong attention to detail and experience processing high volumes of invoices?
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team, working from our Skipton office in the UK. Your role will be to ensure all incoming supplier invoices are booked, the accounting inbox is cleared on a daily basis and to assist in tasks relating to bank reconciliations and supplier statements. Following a suitable period of review and if desired, the candidate will be able to apply for Hybrid Working for up to three days per week from home.
Technical Sales Managers
Full Time / Permanent
Based in one of our Nordic Offices or from home office (Sweden, Norway, Denmark)
Do you want to be part of our continued growth?
We are looking for Technical Sales Managers (TSM) to further develop our Nordic activities. You will be supported in developing new customers and suppliers, and encouraged to participate in development projects, for instance within oil-based products for use in animal feed, biogas, biofuels as well as technical products. You will gradually develop an ability to independently manage accounts, growing your commercial insight. Key focus areas of this role will be to identify and develop sourcing of biological by-products from various industries in the Nordic countries. You will be part of a Nordic team as well as having regular communication and cooperation with MBP colleagues in other countries outside the Nordic region.
