Supply Chain Data & Operations Analyst

Full Time / 12 month contract (with possibility of becoming permanent)
Based in our Gouda, Netherlands office / Hybrid working

Ready to make an impact? Use your analytical skills and expertise in ERP, BI tools and process optimisation to transform supply chain data into smarter solutions and help drive excellence in a global, sustainability-focused business. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Turn complex supply chain data into clear dashboards and insights, spotting trends, and bottlenecks to improve service, cost and sustainability performance. 
  • Own inventory visibility and stock accuracy across warehouses and sites, from monitoring stock levels and booking adjustments to reconciling ERP, warehouse and 3PL records. 
  • Support trade compliance, Quality and Sustainability by analysing product and trade data to help ensure adherence to animal feed, animal by-product, and waste regulations. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by mapping end-to-end processes, identifying standardisation and digitalisation opportunities, and contributing to Lean problem-solving initiatives. 
  • Act as a key user for Dynamics 365 and logistics tools, safeguarding data quality, supporting testing and system enhancements, and creating practical training materials for colleagues. 
  • Work closely with production, logistics and cross-functional teams, embracing change, using the TQM system effectively and helping build a collaborative, respectful and improvement-focused culture. 

Who You Are:  

We’re looking for someone with:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or other related field.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or business analytics, ideally in an international, multi-site environment.  
  • Proven track record in operational KPI reporting, cost and performance analysis, and process improvement.  
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).  
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar).  
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) for dashboard building and data visualisation. 

Bonus Skills:  

  • Experience with bio-based products, chemicals, food, feed, biofuels or environmental services. 
  • Experience building Microsoft Power Apps to streamline and digitalise supply chain workflows.

Key Account Manager – Industrial Food Processors

Based remotely from home office in Northern Utah, US

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as the primary account manager for industrial food processing clients in the US.  
  • Drive sales of by-products from industrial food processing.  
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and suppliers.  
  • Analyze and address customer needs within the animal feed sector and beyond.  
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling and networking with farmers, feedlots, and animal feed users.  
  • Collaborate with food producing companies to develop improved by-product management solutions.  
  • Oversee third-party service providers to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.  
  • Support the selling of MBP services and participate in product evaluations and business case development.  
  • Contribute to the planning of sales and sourcing activities in the U.S.

Bonus Skills:  

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

Nordic Agro Sales Manager

About the Role 

As Nordic Agro Sales Manager, you’ll lead the charge in marketing and selling industrial by-products—primarily for animal feed and soil improvement—directly to farmers across Norway and Sweden, with additional opportunities in Denmark and Finland. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and explore new business opportunities in complementary sectors like biogas and composting. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive sales of by-products to farmers and agro-industries across the Nordic region 
  • Conduct market research and manage the full sales process from lead generation onwards 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop product documentation and marketing materials 
  • Explore new sourcing and sales opportunities, including collection services from food processing industries 
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and contribute to strategic discussions with leadership 

About You 

You’re a self-motivated, commercially savvy professional with a technical background in agronomics or a related field. You’re comfortable working independently, communicating across cultures, and navigating complex sales environments. 

Essential Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor Degree in agronomics or a comparable technical discipline 
  • Experience in Nordic feed or fertiliser industries,  
  • Experience  in consultancy towards farmers is an advantage 
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills 
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2) and either Norwegian or Swedish
