About the Role
The Finance Manager is a pivotal role within our Finance & Controlling team. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the daily transactional accounting, play an active part in financial reporting and lead a small team, ensuring our accounting tasks and routines are performed accurately and efficiently, and managing and improving processes across our legal entities. We’re looking for someone ready to step up and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bank account updates, reconciliations, and payments across multiple currencies.
- Manage team members and drive improvements in accounting procedures.
- Compile and present internal financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, ad hoc reporting).
- Support weekly treasury and monthly exchange rate updates.
- Contribute to budgeting, VAT reporting, and group consolidation.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong transactional accountant experienced in a wide range of accounting tasks, with advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience managing people, with the ability to inspire, guide and develop a small team.
- Excellent communicator, able to produce and present concise reports.
- Ideally CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or with solid on-the-job finance management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is desirable.

Technical Project Engineer

We are seeking a passionate Project Engineer to lead the design and implementation of engineering solutions that minimize environmental impact, maximize resource efficiency, and drive the circular economy.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Engineering & Environmental Leadership
- Design and implement engineering solutions that minimize waste, reduce pollution, and optimize resource usage.
- Assist in improving ESG performance by integrating sustainable projects, processes, and technologies.
- Collaborate with customers, international partners, and professionals to promote sustainable practices in engineering and construction projects.
- Develop and manage waste management systems to reduce, recycle, and properly dispose of industrial waste.
- Source and utilize processing residues or waste as environmentally friendly, recyclable materials.
Project Management & Technical Excellence
- Develop reports, presentations, and proposals for sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare preliminary and detailed engineering designs.

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for client meetings.
- Manage tender preparation and fund applications.
- Test, monitor, commission, and handover process plants and projects.
- Troubleshoot and optimize project or process plants.
- Supervise construction, installation, inspection, and acceptance as a resident engineer at various locations, including overseas projects.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.

Who are you?
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an engineering and project environment (preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in palm biomass, waste-to-wealth projects, or converting biomass into biofertilizer, biochar, or other value-added products is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally and overseas.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Position Closed – Business Coordinator
Do you have exceptional customer service skills and a background in sales administration? Do you possess strong attention to detail when completing tasks and persistence to follow up on daily queries?
We are looking for a Danish speaking Business Coordinator (BC) to support several Purchase and Sales Managers in the daily business, completing all tasks from the point of contract signing, to receipt and shipment of goods. Business Coordinators ensure all tasks are completed in a professional and efficient manner and all documentation must be compliant and correct. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to build international experience, working with our employees, customers and suppliers in locations in Europe and the rest of the world.
Your main tasks will be:
- Business Coordination tasks, including contact with suppliers and customer, checking contracts in our CRM system and creating contracts in the ERP system, creating references (orders), coordinating collections and deliveries, receiving and shipping the orders, and following up on open and unfinished lines in our ERP system.
- Handling key outsourced accounts and their monthly activity sheets.
- Contract management, regular review of purchase and sales contracts and informing the Area Managers of status before contracts are fulfilled.
- Chasing customer payments.
- Daily customer service including but not limited to invoice queries, customer queries, collecting and distributing.
- Support within ISCC and RSB sustainability matters for coverage areas including issuing sustainable delivery notes to customers, collecting sustainable delivery notes from suppliers, correct document filing and updating the ERP system with sustainable information.
Who are you?
With a background in sales administration or B2B customer support, you need to be highly experienced in MS365 and be comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Ideally you will have experience of Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system or other ERP software. Experience in the bio waste or sustainability sector and experience within logistics would be fantastic but is not essential. You need to have excellent written and verbal English and Danish skills at business level and be great at organizing your work proactively. You will be a team player who contributes to our collaborative culture, and you need to have a high attention to detail with evidenced problem-solving skills.
