Legal Intern
Are you a motivated law student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international corporate environment? This is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of sustainability and compliance. As a Legal Intern, you’ll work closely with our Legal team, supporting initiatives in corporate law, construction law, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
Under appropriate supervision:
- Assist in legal research and analysis in the areas of sustainability law, corporate law, construction law and regulatory compliance.
- Support the drafting, review and formatting of legal documents, presentations, internal guidelines, and reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability- and compliance-related training materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the collection, organization and verification of data and documentation for compliance and sustainability reporting purposes.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance procedures and policies.
- Prepare minutes, summaries and follow-up actions from internal meetings and calls.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as may reasonably be assigned within the scope of the internship.
Who Are You
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent) at a recognized university.
- Has a demonstrated interest in at least one of the following areas: sustainability / environmental law, corporate law, construction law and/or compliance.
- Possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills and is able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Has very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and is able to prepare clear, well-structured presentations.
- Has practical familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g. for research, drafting support, data handling) and understands their opportunities and limitations in a professional context.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English and knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
- Works proactively, with discretion and a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Key Account Manager – Industrial Food Processors

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary account manager for industrial food processing clients in the US.
- Drive sales of by-products from industrial food processing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and suppliers.
- Analyze and address customer needs within the animal feed sector and beyond.
- Generate sales leads through cold calling and networking with farmers, feedlots, and animal feed users.
- Collaborate with food producing companies to develop improved by-product management solutions.
- Oversee third-party service providers to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Support the selling of MBP services and participate in product evaluations and business case development.
- Contribute to the planning of sales and sourcing activities in the U.S.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition or a related field, combined with strong sales and marketing experience in agriculture or the animal feed industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and ideas.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience in product development.
- Knowledge of poultry, pig, cattle and other livestock farming.
