Junior Technical Sales Manager – Soil Improvement and Agronomy

Based from home office in Zaragoza, Spain / Hybrid working

Are you an agronomy expert with a flair for sales? Do you possess a deep understanding of soil improvement (SI) and its applications within the circular economy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to grow your career! 

At MBP Group, we’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Junior Technical Sales Manager to join our team. Based in Zaragoza, Spain, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales opportunities, providing expert advice, and fostering relationships within the agronomy sector. 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Develop new, high-profitability sales in the Spanish market for soil improvement products. 
  • Identify and cultivate new sourcing opportunities from by-products in Spain. 
  • Review and analyse commercial opportunities in the Spanish Biogas market for MBP. 
  • Stay informed about relevant soil improvement legislation and industry trends in Spain. 
  • Share insights and findings from relevant SI research with the sales team. 

Who are you?

You are a skilled communicator with a passion for both agronomy and business development. Your ability to build and maintain professional relationships, coupled with your sales and marketing experience, sets you apart. 

 You must also have: 

  • Master’s degree in Agronomy or related field. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software. 
  • Ability to merge SI expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic problem-solving approach. 
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum).
