Business Coordinator

Full Time / 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract (with the possibility of a permanent contract)
Based in our Staffanstorp, SE office / Hybrid working

Do you have exceptional customer service skills, a background in sales administration and knowledge of logistics planning? Do you possess strong attention to detail when completing tasks and persistence to follow up on daily queries? 

We are looking for a Swedish speaking Business Coordinator (BC) to support several Area Managers in the daily business, completing tasks from the point of contract signing, to receipt and shipment of goods. Business Coordinators ensure all tasks are completed in a professional and efficient manner and all documentation is compliant and correct. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to build international experience, working with our employees, customers and suppliers in locations in Europe and the rest of the world. 

Your main tasks will be: 

  • Creating contracts and orders in the ERP system, keeping close contact with suppliers and customers to coordinate collections and deliveries, and completing necessary paperwork. 
  • Handling key accounts and their monthly reporting sheets. 
  • Contract management, regular review of purchase and sales contracts working closely with Area Managers. 
  • Following up on customer payments. 
  • Daily customer service including but not limited to invoice queries, general customer queries and collecting and distributing information. 
  • Supporting internal departments with data and paperwork collection, correct document filing and keeping the ERP system up to date. 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone with the following qualities and experience: 

Essential: 

  • Background in sales administration or B2B customer support. 
  • Highly experienced in MS365. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP or other ERP software. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish skills at business level. 
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work proactively. 
  • A team player who contributes to a collaborative culture. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Evidenced problem-solving skills. 

Desirable: 

  • Experience with logistics planning. 
  • Knowledge of the bio waste or sustainability sectors.
