Business Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and commercially minded Business/Logistics Coordinator who wants more than a narrow back-office role. You will be trusted to solve problems, build relationships and make practical day-to-day decisions that directly support our customers, suppliers and global operations. 

This is a varied, hands-on role in a small US team with real international reach. You will work closely with colleagues across the Americas and Europe, keep supply chains moving and see the impact of your contribution every day. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

Working closely with colleagues, customers and suppliers, you will: 

  • Coordinate materials from contract through to delivery and invoicing. 
  • Manage customer and supplier communication to ensure smooth execution. 
  • Create and maintain contracts and transactions in our ERP and CRM systems. 
  • Coordinate collections, deliveries and logistics activity, resolving issues quickly and practically. 
  • Support key accounts and help maintain strong commercial relationships. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, sales support or business operations. 
  • Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail. 
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities, deadlines and operational challenges. 
  • Clear, confident communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.

Systems & Technical Skills 

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills. 
  • Experience using ERP, CRM or similar business systems.
