MBP is seeking a Data & Operations Analyst to join our Controlling & Reporting team—supporting managers with high quality analysis, operational insights, and data driven recommendations. In this role, you’ll work closely across the business to ensure data accuracy, improve reporting processes, and help shape the decisions that move us forward. 

What You’ll Do 

In this high-impact role, you will: 

  • Analyse and present sales, financial, and sustainability data to managers and leadership, supporting both tactical and long term business goals. 
  • Deliver group Purchase & Sales reports, including monthly sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, bonus assessments, market trend comparisons, and more. 
  • Provide visualisations and dashboards that communicate complex data in a simple, accessible way. 
  • Maintain and develop the data warehouse, implement changes, build data models, and support BI reporting across the business. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and availability, supporting colleagues and stakeholders through proactive report management. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands on data work and stepping back to interpret what the numbers mean for decisionmakers. 

What You Bring 

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. 
  • Proven experience developing dashboards and scorecards for senior leaders. 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting.
    (Embedded throughout the reporting/accountability expectations.) 
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL. 
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Jet Reports, or PowerQuery (DAX). 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across international teams. 

A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) or Jet Data Manager is a bonus.
