About the Role 

The Finance Manager is a pivotal role within our Finance & Controlling team. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the daily transactional accounting, play an active part in financial reporting and lead a small team, ensuring our accounting tasks and routines are performed accurately and efficiently, and managing and improving processes across our legal entities. We’re looking for someone ready to step up and take ownership.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily bank account updates, reconciliations, and payments across multiple currencies. 

• Manage team members and drive improvements in accounting procedures. 

• Compile and present internal financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, ad hoc reporting). 

• Support weekly treasury and monthly exchange rate updates. 

• Contribute to budgeting, VAT reporting, and group consolidation. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong transactional accountant experienced in a wide range of accounting tasks, with advanced Excel skills.  

• Proven experience managing people, with the ability to inspire, guide and develop a small team. 

• Excellent communicator, able to produce and present concise reports. 

• Ideally CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or with solid on-the-job finance management experience. 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is desirable. 

• Adaptable, driven, and collaborative with a genuine willingness to learn and improve.
