Logistics & Operations Coordinator

MBP Solutions is an international business that creates value from biological by-products and residues. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on coordinator to support our growing business in Spain and keep customer and supplier activity moving from agreement through to delivery. 

Acting as the day-to-day link between customers, suppliers and colleagues, you will coordinate orders, contracts, collections, deliveries and information, taking ownership when something needs sorting out. You will report to our Team Leader in the Netherlands and work with colleagues across the wider MBP group. 

What you will do 

• Operations Co-ordination including coordination of collections/deliveries with customs & suppliers and input into ERP system, contract management, reporting and collection of commercial and sustainable documentation.
• Logistics co-coordination including the day-to-day transport bookings, sourcing new hauliers, negotiating freight rates, invoice and document control.
• Work with local sales manager and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange customs clearance and export loads with customs agents where required. 
• Invoice checking and follow up.
• Maintaining records for sustainability.

What you will bring 

• Experience in logistics or sales coordination, supporting customers and suppliers from agreement through to delivery. 
• Hands-on logistics experience, including arranging transport and coordinating collections and deliveries. 
• Ideally, knowledge of biogas, animal feed, agriculture, waste, animal by-products or related biological materials. 
• The confidence to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, hauliers and internal teams. 
• Strong organisation and attention to detail across contracts, orders, documentation and deadlines. 
• Energy, initiative and a practical approach to resolving problems and keeping business moving. 
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2); French would be an advantage. 
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and an ERP or business management system.
