Supply Chain Data & Operations Analyst

Full Time / 12 month contract (with possibility of becoming permanent)
Based in our Gouda, Netherlands office / Hybrid working

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Turn complex supply chain data into clear dashboards and insights, spotting trends, and bottlenecks to improve service, cost and sustainability performance. 
  • Own inventory visibility and stock accuracy across warehouses and sites, from monitoring stock levels and booking adjustments to reconciling ERP, warehouse and 3PL records. 
  • Support trade compliance, Quality and Sustainability by analysing product and trade data to help ensure adherence to animal feed, animal by-product, and waste regulations. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by mapping end-to-end processes, identifying standardisation and digitalisation opportunities, and contributing to Lean problem-solving initiatives. 
  • Act as a key user for Dynamics 365 and logistics tools, safeguarding data quality, supporting testing and system enhancements, and creating practical training materials for colleagues. 
  • Work closely with production, logistics and cross-functional teams, embracing change, using the TQM system effectively and helping build a collaborative, respectful and improvement-focused culture. 

Who You Are:  

We’re looking for someone with:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or other related field.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or business analytics, ideally in an international, multi-site environment.  
  • Proven track record in operational KPI reporting, cost and performance analysis, and process improvement.  
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).  
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar).  
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) for dashboard building and data visualisation. 

Bonus Skills:  

  • Experience with bio-based products, chemicals, food, feed, biofuels or environmental services. 
  • Experience building Microsoft Power Apps to streamline and digitalise supply chain workflows.
