MBP is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our European sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional with 1-3 years’ relevant experience to develop into a commercially focused role within a forward thinking, sustainability driven business.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will support MBP’s sales activities across Europe, combining technical understanding with commercial insight. You will work closely with experienced colleagues through a structured onboarding and mentoring programme, gradually taking ownership of defined sourcing and sales responsibilities.
Your focus will be on industries producing oil based by-products and their application into sustainable energy and technical markets, including biofuels, biogas, biomethane, and related technical uses. You will also play a role in MBP’s transition into value adding processing through a new oil cleaning plant in the Netherlands.
You bring an engineering qualification, curiosity and a problem solving mindset, and are excited by the idea of building a career that combines technical depth with international commercial work.
