MBP Solutions' Global Business Meeting Brings Colleagues Together for Knowledge Sharing and Inspiring Site Visits
We are pleased to announce that MBP Solutions recently held an internal business development team meeting that was both informative and inspiring. The meeting took place over two days, from 14-15 June 2023, and included site visits to Novozymes production facility in Kalundborg and Kalundborg Bioenergy biogas plant.
DAY 1, 14 June 2023
On the first day, our group of international solutions and application experts visited Novozymes‘ production facility in Kalundborg, where we were given a presentation and site tour by Senior Manager, Kasper Kjellberg. The focus of the tour was on environmental operations and the management of sustainable aspects from Climate, over Water to Circularity. We were inspired by the work being done as part of the Kalundborg Symbiosis, where one industry’s residue becomes another industry’s raw material – something that resonates with our own mission at MBP Solutions. We then visited the Kalundborg Bioenergy biogas plant.
DAY 2, 15 June 2023
On the second day, we had our Business Meeting, which included a series of presentations and workshops. Our team had some good knowledge sharing, discussions, and workshops about improving work processes, business development, sales work and the developments in supply chain, legal, quality, sustainability and technology, all necessary for a thorough by-products management. Our most innovative sales team members have been recognized as the Sales Champions of 2023, for finding and implementing out-of-the box solutions.
We left the meeting energized and inspired with a better knowledge of our colleagues and the industry as a whole.
As a company that specializes in turning by-products into valuable resources, we understand the importance of sustainable practices and the role we can play in creating a circular economy. This meeting was a great opportunity for us to learn from industry leaders and share our own expertise.
