MBP Solutions Celebrates Record-High Satisfaction Survey Results: Commitment to Excellence Recognized by Stakeholders

It brings us great pleasure to share another strong testament to our collective commitment and dedication – our 2023 Satisfaction Surveys have received record-high ratings.

OMBP Satisfaction Survey

In a clear expression of their appreciation for our work, our OMBP (Outsourced Management of By-products) Satisfaction Survey witnessed significant year-on-year growth, with the Overall Average Score climbing to 9.04 in 2023 from 8.69 in 2022.

Our Net Promoter Score also leaped to 87 from a previous 64, highlighting the willingness of our OMBP cutomers to advocate for MBP Solutions.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

The results of our Customer Satisfaction Survey are also encouraging, exhibiting progress with a rise in the Overall Average Score to 8.48 in 2023 from 8.12 in 2022.

Our Net Promoter Score has seen a bump to 48 this year, a small yet significant increase from the previous score of 44.

Supplier Satisfaction Survey

In keeping with our policy of continual growth and improvement, we conducted our very first Supplier Satisfaction Survey this year.

The results were positive, with an Overall Average Score of 8.66 and a Net Promoter Score of 68.

We did not have a single detractor across the 3 surveys.

These very good results from Customer, Supplier and OMBP Satisfaction are only possible through the performance and engagement of our employees.

Employee Engagement Survey

Internally, our Employee Engagement Survey demonstrated high levels of workforce commitment. Our overall engagement score grew to 82%, a testament to the strong relationships built within our team.

Some of our highest scoring areas were:

  • Company and Customers (90%) – we understand how our work fits into the bigger picture and benefits customer
  • Personal Performance (86%) – we are completely clear about our expected performance at work
  • Attention (91%) – we have positive interactions with our colleagues and manager
  • Common bond (86%) – we have positive and constructive bonds with others and sense of team spirit

Our survey pinpointed key strengths that make MBP a great place to work – people, flexibility, environment and communication.

These results reflect our commitment to high customer satisfaction, sustainability and the circular economy, as well as shared values that underpin all of our operations. It’s incredible to see our collective efforts reflected in these outstanding numbers. Due to our commitment to continuous improvement, we use the results to act on areas where we get low scores.
