Our Head of Supply Chain Katarzyna Geiger has been invited to speak and participate in a panel discussion with the Connect & Scale up sponsored by PARP, (Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości – Polish Investment and Trade Agency), today, March 11, 2021. The subject of the discussion is “Dimensions of entrepreneurship from a woman’s perspective!” It will provide highlights on subjects such as sustainability value and its’ successes and challenges, as well as the era of PR innovations to focus on issues that are important and real for Polish innovations for companies.

“Sustainability has been a part of my professional and private life for many years. Business and business leaders have the most impact on sustainable development. 90% of swiss CEOs considered sustainability as most important aspect on competitive advantage of its own businesses. The average of gender diversity index in C Level in Europe is 27%, in Switzerland just 8,5%. Gender equality is one of the development goals of the agenda 2030. So how to overcome the paradox? Is an achievement of the SDGs possible without empowering of women? That is what I have shared on the panel today.“
