MBP Solutions Launches Side Streams Innovation Challenge on Brave New Food Platform
We are delighted to announce the launch of the Side Streams Innovation Challenge in partnership with Brave New Food, the innovation platform accelerating the transition to a healthier and more sustainable food system.
As experts in by-products management, we understand the potential value that can be unlocked from sidestreams of the oils, fats, and fish industries. Currently, much of this potential remains untapped and MBP Solutions is determined to change that by inspiring innovative methods for upcycling and valorization.
In this challenge, we are calling out to stakeholders across the oils, fats and fish industries. These sidestreams present opportunities for innovation in creating new revenue streams, promoting a circular economy, and contributing to an overall more sustainable industry.
