MBP Solutions Completes the SDG Ambition Programme
Over the past 6 months, MBP Solutions has been a part of SDG Ambition, the accelerator initiative that aims to challenge and support participating companies of the UN Global Compact in setting ambitious corporate targets and accelerating integration of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into core business management. SDG Ambition enables companies to move beyond incremental progress and step-up transformative change – unlocking business value, building business resilience and enabling long-term growth.
Participating companies went through a process of assessing current performance, identifing risk areas, discover new opportunities across business units and functions and take ambitious business action towards achieving the SDGs.
After inspiring sessions, passionate participants and insights into benchmark organization, MBP Solutions decided to treat as a priority the following benchmarks:
At MBP Solutions it is our ambition to put sustainability at the core of our business. So in parallel with our participation in the SDG Ambitions programme, we have been working on our new strategy, where sustainability will be a cornerstone.
We would like to thank the organizers, facilitators, all participants and MBP delegates, Johanna Velásquez, Legal & Corporate Sustainability Manager and Georgia Ionascu, Marketing Manager, for completing the programme.
