Technical Sales Manager - Animal Feed

Based in one of our offices in the Netherlands, UK, Denmark or Sweden / Hybrid

Would you like the overall responsibility for all feed nutritional topics within the MBP Group? We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to perform sales work, give nutritional advice, and assist in business development in North America, Europe, China and Southeast Asia. You will be joining our growing team of feed specialists, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for collaboration, sharing ideas and working as a wider team to meet business goals. 

This position is part of an international sales team based in Europe and the US, where you will be able to utilize your significant experience and knowledge in Animal Feed Nutrition and combine your application expertise with sound commercial understanding. A background in the animal feed industry is therefore essential. 

Technical Sales Managers

Based in one of our Nordic Offices or from home office (Sweden, Norway, Denmark)

Do you want to be part of our continued growth?

We are looking for Technical Sales Managers (TSM) to further develop our Nordic activities. You will be supported in developing new customers and suppliers, and encouraged to participate in development projects, for instance within oil-based products for use in animal feed, biogas, biofuels as well as technical products. You will gradually develop an ability to independently manage accounts, growing your commercial insight. Key focus areas of this role will be to identify and develop sourcing of biological by-products from various industries in the Nordic countries. MBP Solutions is experiencing a period of exciting growth, and we’re moving our ERP system to Business Central. This has created an opportunity for an ERP Administrator, ideally with Business Central experience, to work on our digitisation projects and provide helpdesk support for our growing international business. This role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, as well as working closely with our gold partners to manage any escalated 3rd line support tickets and follow these through to completion. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or previous Navision versions. Change management is a key aspect of the role, and the successful candidate will work with the business and process owners to define requirements, functional test and assist with any acceptance testing. Business Central is our core business system, and this role will be involved with a range of integration projects with third party applications as well as workflow/process development.

Technical Sales Manager - Biogas

We are looking for results-driven Technical Sales Manager (TSM) to develop Key Account Management responsibilities for MBP customers and potentially OMBPs, MBP’s unique program for managing customer’s by product package. You will develop new customers and suppliers and play a key role in development projects. The TSM is expected to gradually develop an ability to independently manage accounts. Key focus areas of this role will be the Biogas market in Italy and more general business development in Southern Europe. The Technical Sales Manager role is part of a European and global commercial team that communicates and cooperates closely across all MBP’s geographies.

Recycling Solutions Manager, DK

Are you an Environmental Engineer looking for a career in sales?

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recycling Solutions Manager (RSM) with knowledge of Biogas substrates to further develop our Scandinavian activities within this sector. This is an entry level position and will suit someone with a degree in Environmental Engineering, with a keen interest in developing a sales career.

You will project manage our newly acquired recycling centre in Central Jutland, develop new customers and suppliers, including the sales of biogas substrates, additives and services, as well as participate in development projects. You will gradually develop your ability to independently manage accounts, growing your commercial insight. Key focus areas of this role will be to working with industries to improve the service on their waste and by-products. Further, you will take part in product development with the Technical Sales Managers, as well as with other relevant MBP team members, customers and suppliers, utilizing your technical background.
